Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Disneyland and with easy access to Google maps through the included mobile device. The rooms were spotless and cozy, although the beds were a tad firm. The ambiance was lovely, bright, and really comfy.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the smoking room had a lingering tobacco smell that made it less pleasant. The walls were thin, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to be easily heard, including snoring. On the bright side, the staff was extremely helpful and resolved our issues promptly, especially with the WiFi. The location was ideal for sports fans but lacked convenience for other needs. The dining options were varied, but as a Muslim traveler, special meal requests needed to be made in advance. The overall experience had its ups and downs, but the friendly service and cleanliness stood out.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with great views, along with attentive and helpful service. Its location near various attractions and transport options makes it a convenient choice. The dining experience, although a bit expensive, stands out with a variety of Japanese choices. Overall, a good value for the money with excellent facilities.
The hotel's rooms, while bigger than the usual size found in Japan, could benefit from being cleaner to meet higher standards. They had a business-like feel but unfortunately smelled of cigarettes despite efforts to deodorize. The service was generally helpful, particularly with the language barrier, but not all staff could understand English well. The location was very convenient for transportation to urban centers in Tokyo, particularly for events at Tokyo Dome. The dining experience offered a good mix of Japanese and Western food options, catering well to both preferences.
The hotel provided us with rooms with amazing views over Tokyo. They felt just perfect in size, not too big or too small. However, being a smoking room, the tobacco smell lingered even with the AC on. The service was exceptional; staff members were polite, friendly, and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, although it may not be the most ideal for some. The dining experience was pleasant, offering a variety of Japanese and western food options. Overall, a great stay with some minor room-related issues.
The hotel rooms are due for some restyling but are roomy for Tokyo standard and the location is excellent. The service was very courteous overall, although there were issues with Dirty bed sheets and a late check-out dispute. The location is excellent with easy access to train stations and various shops and restaurants. The dining experience gives you everything you want if you're a Westerner but might be considered a bit expensive with limited options. The facilities are convenient and well-maintained.
